CSC Renewals
‘CSC’ stands for the International Convention for Safe Containers. The CSC plate must contain all details on the container, including type, manufacturer, approval number (also important for customs), year of manufacture, serial number, weights, and the expiration date of the plate.
The CSC plate must be renewed at the latest five years after the initial inspection and can only be carried out by authorised specialist companies.
Jayden Container Handel GmbH is authorised by Germanischer Lloyd to carry out these renewals. This specialist company is liable in cases of proven negligence.
Containers that do not have a valid CSC plate may not be loaded onto ships! Our qualified staff here at Jayden will also be happy to provide our customers with advice and assistance on anything related to CSC.
Container Refurbishing
This is the process by which we refurbish our storage / shipping containers. First we grind all of the loose / flaky rust off. Then we paint the container with a high quality oil based paint which has a rust inhibitor built in. Although it’s not shown in the video, the roof of the container is ground, primed, and painted also. Refurbished storage containers serve several purposes including… residential storage, ground and water shipping containers and even as green building materials for homes across the Malaysia In fact several architecs through out the country have designed homes using steel stroage containers because they are abundant and provide a soild, structured room.
Depot Services
The Jayden Depot facilities provide the avenue for main shipping lines and feeder operators to store their empty boxes within the terminal to cater for both transshipment and local demand. In total, there are Space of land that serve as ODDs which are being run by 8 independent operators to manage the storage space besides providing other services like repair, maintenance and washing.
Office Site
Office Cabin is ideally suited for use as as individual unit, in a range of sizes 20ft, 30ft & 40ft respectively. Uniquely designed to allow the reposition of door & windows, lightings…. to fit the flexibility of this requirements of the customer. If desired, the unit has the ability to be assembled as high as 2 to 3 deckers. This versatility appeals particularly to larger sites were spaces are restricted. They are absolutely perfect for any project that requires an on-site workspaces for a variety of projects and uses for general contractors and project managers in land development projects. They are also deployed as remote and emergency workstations because of their mobility durability, convenience and versatility.
